1- Exercise for 30 minutes. Your body will release endorphin, a natural mood boosting hormone, after 30 minutes of aerobic exercises.
2- Hangout with your friends.
3- Eat healthy. It’s natural to gravitate towards junk food, aka comfort food. This tends to help briefly only to be accompanied by regret increasing our bad mood.
4- Look at old pictures of enjoyable times. Your memory will relieve that moment as well with the emotions your were feeling at the time.
